After-hours emergencies – common property only. For a genuine emergency affecting common property outside office hours, call the after-hours line. It’s available 7:30–8:30 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM. At all other times during office hours, contact the Strata Manager.

Examples: someone trapped in a lift, security gates inoperable, major leaks or burst pipes, power outages or exposed wiring, fire alarms or fire-system faults.
