Report a lost key or fob

Lost a security swipe, car park air fob or apartment key, or need a spare? Replacements are ordered through the building portal.

Good to know: access devices are ordered through the portal’s Access Device Request form, and the cost is billed to the lot owner. Indicative prices: disk fob $55, remote $120, stairwell key (Stage 1) $36, (Stage 2) $8.50 + delivery. If a device has been lost or stolen rather than just damaged, flag that so it can be deactivated for security.

How to order a replacement

1
Open the Access Device Request

mybuildings.com → Online Forms → Access Device Request.

2
Pick the device and reason

Security swipe, car park air fob, or apartment key – and whether it’s lost/broken or an additional one. If you have the key/ID number, include it.

3
Arrange collection

Say who’s collecting. The concierge can help with timing and any deactivation if it’s been lost or stolen.

What to write (if emailing)

Hi concierge,

Re: Access device replacement – Apartment [APT NUMBER]

I need to [replace a lost / replace a broken / request an additional] [security swipe / car park air fob / apartment key].

[If lost or stolen: “Please deactivate the missing device for security. It was last used around [date].”] Device/key number, if known: [number]. [Name of who will collect it] will collect.

I understand the cost is billed to the lot owner. Please let me know the fee and when it’ll be ready.

Thanks,
