Terms of Use

Precinct Hub at theprecinct.co is operated by the Precinct Community Group (PCG). Use of Precinct Hub constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Use of Precinct Hub

Precinct Hub may be used for its intended purposes. It must not be used unlawfully, to harass any person, or to interfere with its operation or security.

Precinct Pass

The Precinct Pass is available to residents and owners at The Precinct. Applications are assessed individually and may be declined. Membership includes communications from PCG, which may include offers from partner businesses. Each such message contains an unsubscribe facility. A Pass may be suspended or cancelled. Offers are provided by third-party businesses and are not guaranteed by PCG.

Petitions

One signature is permitted per person and the details submitted must be accurate. PCG may remove a signature that appears to be inaccurate, duplicated or submitted without authority. A petition is a statement of support and has no effect under the strata by-laws. Disclosure of signatory details is dealt with in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Content on Precinct Hub is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial or strata advice and may not be current or complete.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PCG and its members are not liable for any loss arising from use of Precinct Hub, from reliance on its content, from its unavailability, or from dealings with third-party businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes any right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Amendments

Amendments to these terms are published on this page under a revised version number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
